Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (ToS) govern the contractual relationships between Neurocrypto.AI, represented by Séverine Zeissig, and any user (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to subscribe to use the NEMESIS AI service.

NEMESIS AI is an artificial intelligence bot that analyzes news, politics, and financial markets to predict cryptocurrency fluctuations.

Neurocrypto.AI offers two subscription options to use the NEMESIS AI bot:

• Single 1-month subscription: Unlimited access for 30 days without automatic renewal
• Quarterly subscription: Unlimited access with automatic renewal every 3 months

Features include:

• Predictive analysis of cryptocurrency fluctuations
• Processing of news and political events
• Market trend analysis
• Full access to all specialized agents
• Customizable reports and alerts (feature coming later)

Subscription prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes on the Neurocrypto.AI website. Neurocrypto.AI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with new prices applying to future purchases.

Current prices:

• Single 1-month subscription: €11.90
• Quarterly subscription: €29.70 every 3 months (i.e., €9.90/month)

Accepted payment methods: PayPal

Payment is made securely through the PayPal platform. Access to the service is activated immediately after payment validation.

Refused or unauthorized payment: In case of payment refused by PayPal or payment incident, no subscription will be activated. The Customer must regularize their situation with PayPal before making a new purchase.

Payment dispute: In case of dispute regarding a payment, the Customer must contact Neurocrypto.AI customer service within 14 days following the transaction. After this period, no claim can be considered.

To subscribe, the Customer must:

1. Select the desired subscription option on the website
2. Proceed with payment via PayPal
3. Automatically receive an email with login credentials for NEMESIS AI
4. Log in with these credentials to access the service

Order validation implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided immediately and whose execution has begun with the Customer's agreement.

Consequently, subscribing to an immediately usable subscription does not confer a right of withdrawal once the Customer has started using the service.

This is why Neurocrypto.AI offers 30 free minutes upon registration to allow the Customer to test the service before any financial commitment.

Single 1-month subscription: Access is valid for 30 days from the activation date. There is no automatic renewal. At the end of the 30 days, access expires automatically.

Quarterly subscription: The subscription automatically renews every 3 months via PayPal. The Customer can cancel automatic renewal at any time from their PayPal account. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash once activated.

Neurocrypto.AI strives to keep the NEMESIS AI service accessible 24/7. However, interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons may occur.

In case of prolonged unavailability (exceeding 48 consecutive hours), Neurocrypto.AI commits to informing Customers by email and, if applicable, offering compensation in the form of subscription extension proportional to the duration of unavailability.

Customer obligations:

• The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials
• The Customer agrees not to share their account with third parties
• The Customer must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account

Technical liability limitation: Neurocrypto.AI cannot be held responsible for data loss, bugs, security incidents, or hacks due to factors beyond its control. However, Neurocrypto.AI commits to implementing all necessary means to ensure service security.

Neurocrypto.AI commits to responding to technical support requests within 24 to 48 business hours.

Incident ticket system:

For any problem requiring personalized follow-up (payment not received, connection problem, technical error, subscription question, refund request), the Customer can open an incident ticket via the contact page.

Ticket processing procedure:

1. Creation: The Customer fills out the ticket form with all necessary information (name, surname, email, country, language, PayPal transaction number, NEMESIS AI account email, problem type and detailed description)
2. Submission: Once the form is completed and sent, the Customer immediately receives a unique ticket number displayed on screen
3. Retention: The Customer must keep this ticket number to track their request
4. Processing: The Neurocrypto.AI support team takes charge of the ticket and contacts the Customer by email to resolve the problem
5. Tracking: The Customer can track their ticket progress by communicating their unique number to support
6. Closure: Once the problem is resolved, the ticket is closed and the Customer is informed by email

Customer support is also available by email for general inquiries about:

• Questions about subscriptions and payments
• General information about the service
• Suggestions and improvements

Requests received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The Customer acknowledges using the NEMESIS AI service at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for their investment decisions.

Liability limitation: In any case, Neurocrypto.AI's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer during the 12 months preceding the liability-generating event.

Neurocrypto.AI cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake)
• Massive cyberattacks or hacking acts
• Widespread internet or electrical infrastructure failures
• Armed conflicts, riots, acts of terrorism
• Governmental or regulatory decisions
• General strikes affecting essential services

In case of force majeure, Neurocrypto.AI's obligations will be suspended for the entire duration of the event.

All content on the Neurocrypto.AI website (texts, images, logos, algorithms, source code) is the exclusive property of Neurocrypto.AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Restrictions:

• The Customer may not resell analyses or predictions provided by NEMESIS AI
• The Customer may not use the service for commercial purposes without prior written authorization
• The Customer may not redistribute, copy, or reproduce content provided by NEMESIS AI
• The Customer may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the service's source code

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Personal data collected during account creation and purchases is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Computerized records, kept in Neurocrypto.AI's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties.

The following elements serve as proof in case of dispute:

• Purchase confirmation emails
• Electronic invoices
• Server logs and transaction histories
• Screenshots of payment interfaces

Document archiving is performed on a reliable and durable medium to correspond to a faithful copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.

Neurocrypto.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's access to the NEMESIS AI service in case of:

• Non-compliance with these ToS
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
• Harmful behavior towards other users or the service
• Attempted hacking or exploitation of security vulnerabilities
• Unauthorized commercial use of the service
• Resale or redistribution of provided analyses

In case of termination due to Customer fault, no refund of the current subscription will be made.

Neurocrypto.AI reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. New conditions will apply from their online publication on the website.

Customers will be informed by email of important changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any alternative dispute resolution method.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may also resort free of charge to the consumer mediator under which Neurocrypto.AI falls.

In the absence of amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mulhouse, France.

These ToS are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be governed by French law.
