The quarterly subscription automatically renews every 3 months via PayPal. The payment of €29.70 is automatically charged on the anniversary date of your subscription, thus ensuring continuous access without interruption. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account.
How do I cancel my quarterly subscription?
Log in to your PayPal account, access the "Subscriptions" or "Automatic Payments" section, find the NEMESIS AI subscription and click on "Cancel". You will retain access to NEMESIS AI until the end of your current billing period (3 months).
Are there usage limitations with the subscriptions?
No, absolutely none. Once your subscription is activated, you benefit from completely unlimited access to NEMESIS AI. You can perform as many analyses as you wish, query the AI as many times as needed, and use all agents without any restriction for the entire duration of your subscription.
What happens at the end of the one-time 1 month access?
At the end of the 30 days, your access to NEMESIS AI expires automatically. There is no automatic renewal or charge. If you wish to continue using NEMESIS AI, you will need to subscribe to a new subscription (one-time 1 month or quarterly) via the Top-ups page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all payments via PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via your PayPal account if you have one. All payments are secured and encrypted according to the highest banking standards.
Is there a difference in features between the two plans?
No, no difference. Can I get a refund?
In accordance with European legislation on digital content, activated and immediately available subscriptions are not refundable after the service provision begins. This is why we offer 30 free minutes upon registration to allow you to test NEMESIS AI before any financial commitment.
How do I activate my 30 free minutes?
The 30 free minutes are automatically credited to your account upon creation of your NEMESIS AI account. No credit card is required to benefit from this free trial. Simply create your account and immediately start using NEMESIS AI.
